The INPS Mobile app allows users to interact with several online services available on the website www.inps.it. INPS is continuously improving its communication methods to be closer to its users.

The presentation of services has been reorganized, allowing users various types of access, including the ability to navigate based on user type or theme. The main view allows users to view the latest news, access the Institute's social media, and save preferred services for direct navigation to specific services.

Users can view the full list of available services, even without entering credentials required for some of the services in the INPS Mobile app. They only need to log in with PIN/SPID/CIE when choosing to use an authenticated service.

This version features a new user interface specifically designed for the use of new features. The navigation system is of the 'Tab Bar' type and updated to meet app usability standards.

• An integrated tutorial that guides users through the use of the new graphical interface on their first access
• Services categorized by theme and user type
• The ability to view the Institute's social media channels
• The ability to view news and press releases
• The option to authenticate with SPID
• The ability to create a list of preferred services
• The ability to search for services by name
• The ability to report technical problems

INPS Mobile is an official app of the National Social Security Institute, the Italian government's social security entity, developed for all types of INPS users (workers, families, retirees, unemployed/inactive individuals, and suspended workers), providing access to numerous consultation services and document submission. This app is intended for all Italian citizens (residents and non-residents in Italy) to be able to access Institute services on the go.
